About the Process
Mr Beer® mixes are designed to naturally carbonate, so CO2 cartridges are not necessary. Carbonation naturally occurs when brewing – the yeast produces both alcohol and carbon dioxide, making perfectly pure, natural beer. Naturally carbonated beers usually have a better head and clarity.
