What about alcohol content? Will my beer be as strong as a commercial brew?
Yep. West Coast Pale Ale beer mix will make beer with the same alcohol content as a standard commercial beer.

About the Process
Mr Beer® mixes are designed to naturally carbonate, so CO2 cartridges are not necessary. Carbonation naturally occurs when brewing - the yeast produces both alcohol and carbon dioxide, making perfectly pure, natural beer. Naturally carbonated beers usually have a better head and clarity.
