Bartender’s Secret Hiccup Cure

In my younger days, I spent more time than I care to admit bellied up to the bar in a few local taverns here in Buffalo. Everyone has their own way to get rid of the hiccups, but Jamie and Flo from the (now defunct for good reasons) Bradford taught me this one. Take a slice of lemon, coat it in Angostura Bitters and then chew the lemon. Now I never said it would taste good, but trust me, it works.
