Sorry to nag, but no matter how many times I try, I can’t get the video to play. I just get a spinning wait animation. I tried both IE and firefox…

Thanks Paul - I made a few adjustments to the video, so there shouldn’t be a problem now. I just tried it myself and after about 6 seconds it began to play. Give it another shot!
