		<description>ah yes... the dreaded hangover.  well, in my experience, electrolytes are KEY, so stock up on gatorade or whatever you can to pump them back into your system.... your head and body will thank you!</description>

		<description>Good tips Shane! Personally, my trick is to place a tall glass (or bottle) of water and 2 Tylenol next to my bed BEFORE I go out, so they're ready and waiting for me when I get home. 

If you're anything like me, you're bound to wake up absurdly early, wonder why the heck you're up and then fall back asleep. I've found that if you take the very accessible drugs and guzzle the water during the initial wake- up period, you're bound to feel MUCH better the next time you open your eyes.</description>
