		<description>Tasty idea, Liz!  I may have mentioned this before, but another alcohol/ice cream treat I love to make is a Guinness Ice Cream Float.  I prefer vanilla ice cream with my Guinness, but dark chocolate is sure to please.  Try it out sometime!</description>
