Beer Drinking Champ of the Animal World
Here is an interesting article, from BBC News, about the Malaysian Tree Shrew. Apparently, these little guys live on a natural beer-like, alcoholic liquid and don’t get drunk doing it. That’s right, these pint-sized creatures can drink you, your buddy and everyone you know under the table.
Maybe one of my local beer stores will start carrying fermented bertam palm nectar, so I can try it and write a review. Seems like it might do well with the growing market for organic products.
