		<description>Thanks for the shout-out, Tom. Regatta is a great product and though I rated Fentiman&#039;s at the same &quot;4-star&quot; rating I think Regatta is more true to a classic ginger beer style.

As for my recycling bin, well, it *is* very much like performing an excavation through geological strata and discovering what drinks a cocktailian has been working through, &quot;Oh, here&#039;s the Pisco Sour and Singapore Sling era!&quot; (i.e. pisco and heering bottles galore)
