Regatta is a great product and though I rated Fentiman's at the same "4-star" rating I think Regatta is more true to a classic ginger beer style. As for my recycling bin, well, it *is* very much like performing an excavation through geological strata and discovering what drinks a cocktailian has been working through, "Oh, here's the Pisco Sour and Singapore Sling era!"
