I've actually recently had a wine inspired beer at the Barley Yards Brewing Company at Seneca lake in the NY Finger lakes. It was a Riesling Ale that had riesling Juice blended with an American wheat beer. Although not as complex as the typical beers that I like, it seemed like a great Summer porch beer.
