JC - I found mine to be tart as well but it was just the flavor I was going for. You could certainly try adding sweet pomegranate juice or even some simple syrup to taste, if you'd like to keep with your natural pomegranate juice in the future.

Hi! Gave this a try and I quite like it. Is it meant to be sweet, though? Mine is tart and I wondered if that was because my pomegranate juice is pure pomegranate, with no added sugar to sweeten it up.

Of course!...There's also the planned trip to the AgriCenter to get one of those ShamWOW-esque thingies for washing my truck... and... OOH! the hour or so staring the the über hot tubs I'll never afford. Hello, Tilt-A-Whirl, goodbye food! :D

Love me some Fair!
Can't wait.

Ed - hahaha, at least I called it the Erie County Fair in my post :)

Dude - be sure to hit up the "I Got It" booth that's 3 games for a dollar, instead of the 50¢ per game booths (funny how much game pricing differs from booth to booth).

Hannah, sounds like you two had a deliciously fantastic time... BUT, I really have to ask: Are you some kind of communist? You can't possibly call yourself a Western New Yorker if you're not calling it the 'Erie County Fair' or 'THE Fair'. HA! :P

Just teasing ya.

I'm headed out tomorrow (weather permitting) to hit the "I Got It!" booths and prowling for some good ol' fashioned fair food (look out arteries)!
