Retro Beers at Yankee Stadium
Tuesday, October 6th, 2009 by MikeWow, some of these retro beers are making a comeback – check out the retro beer cooler at the new Yankee stadium. For a mere $9 each, you can choose between a 24-ounce Schaefer, Schlitz or Pabst Blue Ribbon beer. I suppose they have to pay for that new stadium somehow!
I guess you get a nice can to throw at your team during the game as well :)

Wow… For a mere $54 I can get a 6 pack of the swill AND sit in the nosebleeds? Say it isn’t so!

Ugh. You gotta be YANKin’ me… got my vote for staying home… Cheaper beer, comfortable seats, and a view of the game that can’t be matched!

Hannah….I have been a Yankees season ticket holder for 10 years and have yet to be mugged. I even take my daughter to games. I want to thank the NYPD for keeping everyone safe and reducing crime in and around the stadium. Must be doing something right has Yankees had 3.7 million visitors to the stadium this year. 2nd only to LA Dodgers.
Crime around Yankee stadium is countered by a paid detail off duty cops paid by the Yankees. Some in uniform, some not. The Stadium is within the confines of the 44th pct.
