3 oz whiskey
0.5 oz sweet vermouth
0.5 oz dry vermouth
garnish with lemon, rub it around the rim of the glass, then throw it in

My father-in-law got me going on these.  We mix sweet and dry vermouth since they don't sell half and half any more.</description>
