Winter Libations: The Snow Ball Cocktail
Wednesday, December 1st, 2010 by Hannah
The large, fluffy, white flakes falling from the sky this morning inspired me to share a cocktail that’s bound to be snow bunny approved. Completely comforting brandy and frothy egg make this a warming winter libation, while the ginger ale keeps it perfectly thirst-quenching.
Snow Ball Cocktail
2 oz brandy
1 oz simple syrup
1 egg
Ginger ale
Pour your brandy, simple syrup and egg into a shaker filled with ice. Shake well, until drops of condensation forms on the outside of the cocktail shaker and the egg is fully mixed. Strain into a hi ball glass and top with ginger ale.
Cheers!

M – yup! Even some cocktail classics, like the Ramos Gin Fizz, have egg in them. Adds a nice froth to the drink.
