Will Ferrell Asks to Star in Beer Commercials – For Free
Wednesday, December 7th, 2011 by Liz ChattertonDavenport, Iowa (of all places) will be treated to a series of Old Milwaukee beer commercials starring comedian/movie star Will Ferrell. The odd part of this story is that Will approached the folks at Pabst Brewing Company entirely unsolicited and asked if he could convince them to create the ads that will only air locally. He also offered to do the commercials free of charge.
Pabst is a smart company so they let the Anchorman star do his thing. Although we don’t know why it happened, we’re glad it did. Watch these videos and you will be too.
