Cold in 60 Seconds: A DIY Beer Drinker’s Dream Come True

DIY Beer Chiller

Ah, Buzzfeed. You’re pretty much the king of the internet right now. If you’re not familiar with Buzzfeed, they’re a media giant, most notably known for their excessive use of listicles (list articles). I guarantee you’ve read some of their content, and you just don’t know it.

Anyhow, they put out some awesome stuff, and they caught my eye with something beer-related this morning. It’s a DIY beer chiller, just in time for summer. All you need is a thermos, drill, bolt, rubber band, a bucket of ice, and a warm beer of course.

Check out the video below for the step-by-step instructions:

I think it’s pretty damn cool. I’m not sure how Coors managed to get that stellar product placement, but of course, even good craft beer gets warm, and you don’t want to wait when you’re ready to start sipping in the summertime.

If you’re interested in a more traditional method for chilling your beers, check out our extensive line of refrigeration and coolers.
