Returns and Exchanges

The only thing we like more than good beer is a happy customer. We stand behind all of our products and if something went wrong with your order, we'd like to make it right.

To return or exchange products purchased from KegWorks, simply consult our policies and procedures below.

Return Policy
  • Personalized or custom item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Item(s) may be returned within 45 days of delivery date
  • All items will need a Return Authorization Number (see How to Request a RAN)
  • Item(s) must be unused and in original condition (that means all packaging, warranty cards, manuals, documentation and all accessories must be returned as well)
  • Unless the return is due to a KegWorks shipping error, the customer (that's you) is responsible for the cost of return shipping charges, including freight charges on large items
  • Shipping charges must be prepaid on all returned shipments and we recommend that you insure all returned packages for your protection - KegWorks is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, pilfered, or damaged
  • Once each item is inspected we will issue a refund, exchange or credit for the value of the item, including taxes, less applicable restocking fees
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
Restocking Fees
There is a 20% (minimum $10 charge) restocking fee for all returns, unless the return is due to a KegWorks error (we sent you the wrong product, for example).

We wish that we could waive these fees for everyone, however it's simply not possible. Often times, the manufacturer will charge us return fees of our own.

Please note the following:
  • Bar foot rails, handrails and components have a fixed 20% restocking fee (used or unused)
  • John Boos products have a 25% restocking fee
  • Anvil products have a 25% restocking fee and accessories cannot be exchanged or returned
  • Palmer Fixture products have a 35% restocking fee


This is not a complete list. Additional product lines may be subject to restocking fees.
Exchange Policy
You may exchange any item, except personalized or custom items, purchased on our website within 45 days of the ship date. Exchanges can be processed by mail or in person at the KegWorks store.

In most instances, there are no restocking fees for exchanges. However, some custom orders and large ticket items (like refrigeration units) do have mandatory restocking fees.

Please note the following:
  • John Boos products have a 25% restocking fee
  • Anvil products have a 25% restocking fee and accessories cannot be exchanged or returned
  • Bar foot rails, handrails and components have a fixed 20% restocking fee (used or unused)

How to Request a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
All merchandise returns require a KegWorks Return Authorization Number (RAN). To request an RAN, please follow this procedure. Any returns received without an authorization number can be refused.

We'll need the following:
  • Your KegWorks Order Number (located in your confirmation emails)
  • A description of the item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return


As long as your reason for return is valid, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Remember, we must receive returns within 45 days of the original ship date.
How to Return Your Item(s) to KegWorks
To return your item(s) by mail:
  1. Package the items in the original shipment packaging
  2. Include a copy of the original Packing Slip (with the reason for return)
  3. Write your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box
  4. Send package to:

Your return will be processed as quickly as possible but may take up to 30 days. The time that it takes for a "credit" to appear on your monthly statement varies by credit card company. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear.

Please note that all returns must be complete, in original and resalable condition, with all original boxes and packing materials. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
