It’s super easy to use: Just set the gear rack to the up position, remove the stuffing tank and fill it with your product. Lock the stuffing tank back in place on the frame, and turn the crank to get perfectly shaped sausages!
The piston is equipped with an air-exhaust valve to force the excess air out as the piston moves down. The valve closes automatically upon hitting the meat, to prevent air pockets in the sausage links. Take the machine apart easily for simple cleaning and you’re good to go!
