How do you ship internationally?

To best serve our customers outside of the United States we have partnered with FiftyOne, a leading organization in global ecommerce and international delivery.

This collaboration makes it possible for KegWorks to accept foreign currencies, guarantee your order total and ship to any of the following countries:

How will I know how much my order will cost?

Just add items to your basket and click on the checkout button! We'll figure out the lowest possible order total in your preferred currency and display it right then. That number is guaranteed and it includes all of the shipping costs from the U.S. to your selected international destination, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.


Are there any additional costs?

Nope! The guaranteed order total presented at checkout is the exact amount that you will be billed. There will never be any additional costs.


What currencies are supported?

Currently, we are able to accept payment in AED, ARS, AUD, BRL, CAD, CHF, CLP, COP, CZK, DKK, EEK, EGP, EUR, GBP, HKD, HUF, IDR, INR, JPY, KRW, KWD, LTL, LVL, MAD, MXN, NIS, NOK, NZD, OMR, PEN, PHP, PLN, QAR, SAR, SEK, SGD, THB, TRY, TWD, UAH, USD and ZAR.

I live in the U.S.; can I ship an order internationally but pay in USD?

Absolutely! We make international gift-giving easy.

You can opt to receive your guaranteed order total (including all international shipping costs) in USD. You can pay using your U.S. credit card and we'll make sure your order gets wherever you need it to go.


Which credit cards are accepted?

Currently, we can take Visa and MasterCard payments.


How long will it for my package to arrive?

How much does international shipping cost?

The price of international shipping will vary from order to order. The cost is based on a number of factors including the service level (Standard/Express), how many items you're purchasing, the weight of those items and the destination country postal code.

International shipping for your unique order will be calculated and guaranteed during your checkout process, based on the items in your cart and your shipping destination.


When am I billed?

Your credit card will be billed when your package(s) leave the U.S.


How much duty, customs tariffs, VAT and/or taxes are charged on international orders?

The amount of applicable duty, tariffs, taxes and VAT depends on your shipping destination and your purchased product(s) country of origin. These amounts are calculated for you and guaranteed at checkout.


Are there any items that cannot ship to my country?

If for some reason, an item that we sell cannot be exported from the U.S. and/or imported into your destination country, our partner FiftyOne will notify you during the checkout process.


Do you ship furniture items internationally?

Unfortunately, international shipping restrictions prevent us from being able to ship oversized items outside of the U.S.


What will my credit card statement say?

Your credit card will be billed by our partner FiftyOne and your credit card statement will read 51*KegWorks.com.

What about international gift cards?

Unfortunately, we do not currently support the sale of gift cards in currencies other than USD, the sale of USD gift cards to international customers or the redemption of gift cards for internationally shipped orders.


What is your return policy for international orders?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us directly and we will let you know where to ship your return and how much you will be refunded. If you choose to return any item for any reason, our partner FiftyOne will provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price and any duties, taxes and/or VAT originally paid on the returning item, in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order.
