Irish Whiskey Sour Jello Shots

4 oz Irish Whiskey
2 (3 oz) packages of Orange Jello
16 oz boiling water
12 oz cold water

Stir boiling water into Jello until dissolved.  Add cold water and whiskey.  Pour mixture into shot glasses or paper cups.  Let set in refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
