Sazerac

2 oz rye whiskey
¼ oz anise flavored liquor
½ oz simple syrup
2 dashes of Peychaud's or Fee Brothers bitters
Splash water

Pour ingredients in a bucket glass over ice and garnish with a lemon twist.
