Excellent quality product at a very reasonable price. This foot rest is a great addition to our kitchen breakfast counter.
This was a great product at a very reasonable price and the delivery time was excellent. Unfortunately, the fasteners they provided were not of the same quality and many of the screws snapped off during installation. This was especially noted fastening the floor mounts to the rail as well as the base to the floor. The product could be greatly improved by providing A set screw in the bracket that could be turned down with an Allen wrench. That would have made installation much more efficient .

    Response from Kegworks
Thank you for the feedback. We have heard from many customers about the quality of the included screws and we are in the process of sourcing new, higher quality screws. Your foot rail installation looks lovely! Great choice of bracket style to avoid interfering with the radiator. I bet your feet stay nice and warm in the winter! Thank you for shopping at KegWorks. Cheers!

I'm on a slab, have engineered hard wood, would this work in my new home? I had your brass rails in my previous home & loved them!

BEST ANSWER: Yes, it will work however you will need to drill a deeper pilot hole through your engineered hardwood flooring and into the concrete slab and then place an anchor in the hole to secure the bracket to the floor at each location. Put all the pieces together exactly as you want it and set it in the exact location that you want and use the holes in the bottom bracket as a template to mark the location on the hardwood floor. Once you drill these holes remember that you will not be able to change the location. You will need to use two different drill bits namely a wood bit to drill through the hardwood and a masonry bit to drill down into the concrete.
