This pure cherry juice is extracted from fresh cherries harvested in Gers, France. This sweet, deep red fruit juice can be taken as a satisfying shot, used in cocktails, or in your meal recipes.

    Overview

Add the flavor of fresh cherries to your cocktails and culinary recipes alike. This native juice comes directly from French juiced cherries to add the authentic texture and sweetness of the fruit to any recipe.

Since first undertaking fruit plants in 1983, Alain Milliat has learned the delicate balance between sugar and acidity, and the importance of ripening fruit perfectly. His recipes are designed to offer a unique taste, texture, and aroma, full of emotion. Alain Milliat jams, condiments, and juices are world-famous for their imaginative flavor and aromatic profiles. They are also known for their elegant color and the smart design of the glass they are packaged in.

This dark cherry juice gives you a brut and strong addition to your bar and kitchen. It makes for a cleansing shot, or can be used in sparkling water. It also makes an excellent base for a homemade raspberry sorbet.

The difference between nectar and juice is that nectar is thicker, maintaining the texture of the fruit. True fruit juices contain neither added water nor sugar, and thus must be a natural product.

Shake before serving and refrigerate after opening. This fruit juice will stay for 3-4 days if refrigerated.

The next time you're hosting, open up your very own nectar juice bar with the unique offerings from Alain Milliat. This strong juice gives you the taste, aroma, and texture of authentic French cherries.
