Not too long ago I posted a photo of kegerator covered in chalkboard paint on our company Facebook page. Apparently I’m not the only one who likes the idea of turning a beer-dispensing fridge into a chalk-friendly canvas.
Fellow Buffalonian and KegWorks customer/friend Marcus Palmisano recently gave his converted white Westinghouse kegerator from the early 50’s a fun and creative facelift, just in time for his Super Bowl party. He was even kind enough to share a few photos with us.
Here’s what his fridge looked like before:
Here’s what it looks like after a light sanding and two coats of Rust-Oleum Specialty Chalk Board paint:
Awesome, right? We’re not sure who JPP is, who hates him/her, or why – but we sure do appreciate the KegWorks shout-out right next to the faucet. There’s nowhere we’d rather be.
The only thing Marcus needs now are some Chalk Markers to eliminate any chances of chalk dust getting into the beer.
