Drunken Pumpkin Seeds Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup raw pumpkin seeds, cleaned
  • ¼ cup rum
  • ¼ cup Elizabeth’s Allspice Dram
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar (optional)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Add the pumpkin seeds, rum, allspice dram, and seasonings to a sheet pan. Mix well. Bake for 1 hr and 15 mins or until crispy.
