Drunken Pumpkin Seeds Recipe
Yields: 1 serving
- 1 ½ cup raw pumpkin seeds, cleaned
- ¼ cup rum
- ¼ cup Elizabeth’s Allspice Dram
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp nutmeg
- 1 tbsp brown sugar (optional)
- Baking sheet
Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Add the pumpkin seeds, rum, allspice dram, and seasonings to a sheet pan. Mix well. Bake for 1 hr and 15 mins or until crispy.
