In honor of Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros opening Buffalo’s Thursday in the Square, I bring you Jade, the cocktail.
Yes, Jade is the drink of the hour / And you won’t soon forget the name.
1 dash Angostura bitters
1 oz Midori melon liqueur
1 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
1 oz fresh lime juice
Lime slice, for garnish
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice and add bitters, liqueurs and juice. Shake until combined well. Strain into a champagne flute. Top with champagne and garnish with your lime slice. Cheers!
