Rockmill Saison Organic Farmhouse Ale – It’s In the Water

On a historic 11-acre farm in Lancaster, Ohio you’ll find the headwaters of the Hocking River. The water is almost identical to the water found in Wallonia (in Southern Belgium) and it’s ideal for brewing Saison (farmhouse ale). The folks at Rockmill brewery focused on this perfect, natural water source as an inspiration for their four brews. They combine the water on their farm with all organic yeast, hops and malt to create some of the purest beer you’ll ever get your hands on.
