I put sriracha on just about everything. Tacos, ravioli, salad, eggs, Advil. Hell, I even find vegetables at least somewhat edible as long as they’re drowning in a fiery lake of spicy red deliciousness. In my mind, sriracha is the condiment of the gods.
Apparently, I’m not alone.
Continuing their tradition of innovative novelty brews, Rogue Ales has announced that the newest member of their family of beer is Sriracha Hot Stout Beer.
“ROGUE Sriracha Hot Stout Beer, made from Huy Fong original hot chili sauce and sun ripened Rogue Farms ingredients, is ready to drink with soups, sauces, pasta, pizza, hot dogs, hamburgers, chow mein, or anything you’d like to wash down with a spicy kick.”
Washing down my sriracha-soaked food with a pint or two of Sriracha Hot Stout Beer? Well friends, let’s just say that I can taste the burn already.
Sriracha Hot Stout Beer will begin shipping next week and is available to order directly from the Rogue website. Whether you plan on indulging in this particular brew or not, one thing is for sure: You have to give Rogue credit for continuing to find new ways to inspire conversation about their beers.
