Stone, Baird and Ishii Brew Collaboration to Aid Japan

In an effort to raise money for earthquake and tsunami relief in Japan, three craft brewers have come together for an IPA collaboration. Japan-based Baird Brewing and Guam-based Ishii Brewing Co. (self-described as the ‘smallest brewery in the world’) traveled to Stone Brewing Co. to brew up a Green Tea IPA. Proceeds from the beer will go to relief efforts in Japan.
The beer, which is available now, weighs in at 9.2% ABV and features Crystal and Warrior hops from the US and it’s dry-hopped along with the green tea for an added kick of delicious flavor. I hope all of you craft beer lovers join me in picking up a few of these. Even small efforts can mean a lot to those in need. Cheers!
