White Strawberry-Raspberry Sangria Recipe

Ingredients:
2 bottles of inexpensive white wine (one Riesling, one sauvignon blanc). For really sweet sangria use ice wine instead of Riesling.

1 cup of halved strawberries
1 cup of halved raspberries
2 cups of halved green grapes
1 freshly squeezed lime
1 lemon for slicing
1 peach for slicing
1 apple for slicing
1 L ginger ale (you can use club soda)
½ cup apricot brandy (I like to use coconut rum)
1 tsp fine bar sugar

Mix:
Pour the 2 bottles of wine, brandy and freshly squeezed lime in a glass pitcher. Add the grapes, strawberries, and raspberries. Slice the apple, orange, peach and lemon vertical in thin slices and add five slices of each to the pitcher. Add the 1 tsp fine bar sugar.

Brew:
Chill in fridge for 24 hours. Make sure to cover; wine and fruits absorb scents from other foods in the fridge.

Serve:
Wine or pint glasses are ideal for serving. Add ice to the glass and fill ¼ of the glass with ginger ale, fill the rest of the glass with the sangria. Take some of the fruit from the sangria and garnish the glass.

Drink:
Be careful, this tastes like fruit punch and you don’t realize how much you’re drinking. Again make sure to eat the fruit, as this is where all the alcohol is absorbed. You can get drunk just from eating the fruit.
