Is the lid sealed with a plastic seal or is it all glass?BEST ANSWER: The Bormioli Rocco Capitol Whiskey Liquor Decanter does have a plastic seal around the cap that fits into the bottle. The cap fits snuggly into the bottle opening. the decanter is of good weight so it's not cheap looking and doesn't tip over. I bought them for mouthwash decanters, as I couldn't find anything that looked as nice as this that was supposed to do the same job. I love them!! The price is great, also.- Reply
