Is the dropper plastic or glass? If it is plastic, isn't there a problem with it resting in alcohol?

BEST ANSWER: Its made of glass and I hold alcohol in it with no issues.

I had to ask the person I gave the bottles to before I could confirm. The droppers are indeed plastic but they seem to be holding up just fine resting in the bitters. Hope that answers your question.
