Senior Designer

Mission

The Senior Designer is responsible for delivering the creative vision and managing multiple projects simultaneously from concept to completion. This includes the execution of all aspects of the integrated marketing campaigns: emails, web banners, page design and layouts, social media graphics and other collateral materials (occasionally print).

Outcomes

  • Improve the CTR and overall engagement with email campaigns resulting in 15% increase in first touch revenue attribution
  • 95% on time delivery of integrated marketing campaigns

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of design experience with a high proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Web software experience: HTML and CSS coding required along with knowledge of web design best practices
  • Experience working with CMS platforms, Project Management systems and Email Marketing tools (We use Magento, WordPress, Asana, Listrak and HubSpot)
  • Passion, knowledge, and a thirst for beer, wine and spirits is preferred.

Schedule & Compensation

Ecommerce Merchandising Intern

KegWorks is seeking an Ecommerce Merchandising Intern to help deliver a best-in-class ecommerce experience with a focus on site merchandising, digital marketing, and user generated content. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to analyze data to drive effective business decisions, and have a good eye for design based on solid understanding of web design principles. A successful candidate will have the ability to take direction, as well as work independently and proactively to meet deadlines; a sense of humor is a plus! Successful completion of the internship may result in full-time employment after graduation.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with website merchandising tasks including product category classification, product attributes, site search optimization, and product recommendations.
  • Assist with moderating user generated content including publishing and responding to product reviews, answering customer questions and reviewing customer submitted photos.
  • Support PPC, SEO, and other digital marketing objectives.
  • Analyze site metrics and related data to identify opportunities to create content that supports the buying process.

Education & Experience

  • General understanding of data analysis techniques.

Lead Magento Developer

Mission

KegWorks is seeking a full-time, in-house developer to manage our multi-store Magento-based ecommerce websites. This position is part of the Ecommerce Team and reports to the VP of Consumer Sales. The ability to take direction, as well as work independently and proactively to meet deadlines is required. Candidate must be self-motivated, a creative problem solver, and able to effectively collaborate with multiple teams; a sense of humor is a plus.

Outcomes

  • Maintain Magento platform including security patches, performance tuning, and extension installation.
  • Implement front-end UI/UX changes, as directed by ecommerce and design teams.
  • Recommend and implement changes to deliver a sub 2-second page load time.
  • Adhere to responsive/adaptive development best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and present cutting edge ideas.
  • Complete migration from Magento 1 to Magento 2 by Q3 2019.

Compensation

  • $55,000 - $60,000 - Compensation based on experience.
