Rather than beating egg whites, just use Fee Brothers cocktail foam to add the finishing touch to your mixed drinks.

    Overview

Fee Brothers foam adds a finishing touch to your mixed drinks. Fee Foam is used in shaken cocktails to provide an attractive frothed head without the need for egg whites.

Easily adapted to many uses by an inventive bartender, this frothy drink foam is also simple. Just add two drops into your cocktail and shake to create the foam. It is used primarily in citrus drinks and shaken drinks like daiquiris, Collins’, fizzes and sours.

Fee Brothers, located in Rochester, NY, is a fourth-generation family-owned business that began as a small saloon/delicatessen back in 1863. Today, the product list includes almost 100 drink and cocktail mix products, shipped to distributors and establishments across six continents.

Add the delicious frothy goodness of white foam atop a variety of mixed drinks without the hassle of egg whites with this simple cocktail foamer.

    Features
    • Enhances appearance of cocktails
    • Prevent spillage, as foam less likely to overflow
    • Fills glass, prevents beverage from looking scant
    • Used primarily in citrus and shaken drinks

My dad makes awesome whiskey sours. He used to use the "Original Frothee". It appears that product has been discontinued, so thought we'd try this product. The price is good

BEST ANSWER: You can see the ingredients list in the third photo on KegWorks. Thank you KegWorks for showing this! Water, Propylene Glycol, Polysorbate 80, Potassium Sorbate, Less than 1/10th of 1% Benzoate of Soda as a preservative, Citric Acid, Pure Lemon Extract. This works great in margaritas!
