This olive brine is made by the pros from real olives, goes great in a classic dirty martini recipe.

    Overview

Pair your premium vodka with this brine for the perfect dirty martini. This is actual brine used in packaging of olives, not an imitation “juice” that’s never even been near an olive. This clean, rich olive-colored brine is slightly less salty than liquid poured from a jar of olives, letting the nuances of the other cocktail ingredients shine through.

The bottle for this brine has instructions for the Dirty Martini, Dirty Margarita, and Dirty Pirate right on the package for use with this recipe. Or try some of our other olive brine cocktail recipes.

Fee Brothers, a family company in its fourth generation, has been making cocktail ingredients since 1863. This olive brine is a necessity for making the classic dirty martini, so it better be good.

    Features
    • Real brine made from real olives
    • Lower in salt, will not overpower other flavors
    • Clean flavor compliments a Dirty Martini
    • Recipes for three cocktails right on the package

good product but a little less briny than what you get in an olive jar. I would recommend it.

    This product was disappointing
I ordered this product to make dirty martinis. I was tired of wasting olives, while using the brine only. This did not taste of brine, but only mildly salty water. I would not recommend it at all...

We go through brine way faster than olives, and are often left with jars full of brineless olives. delicious.

what is the shelf life of your olive brine?
    A shopper on Mar 13, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Since I order several bottles at a time I have two answers.

    1) I have kept it for 2 years unopened with no problem. I just store it in the basement (cool and Dry).
    2) Once opened I have kept if for 3 months. I use a wine stopper with a vacuum pump to seal it after opening and keep it in the refrigerator. Since it is usually gone within 3 months I am not sure how long it would last this way.
