can I get parts for this basket press?
    pamela s on Aug 27, 2016
    BEST ANSWER: Hello,

At this time we do not offer extra parts for this press. This unit is very robust and should handle almost anything you throw at it.
How do u grind the apples? Is there a separate attachment? Lori
    Lori L on Aug 12, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Hi Lori, The directions recommend that for best results, the fruit should be crushed first then added to the barrel to within 1" of the top. There is no tool included with the press to crush the fruit. I have not done this myself, but I think a food-safe mallet would work best. Cheers!
