This elderflower tonic syrup from Jack Cocktail Co. tastes great in a G & T or pairs nicely with rum, tequila, and bourbon.

This Jack Rudy Elderflower Tonic Syrup is the perfect addition to your finest gin and tonics.

Jack Rudy Cocktail Co. is a family-run company based in Charleston, SC and Lexington, KY. Their goal is to take long-forgotten staples of the American bar and reinvent them, in an effort to drink like our great-grandparents might once have.

This bold tonic syrup is an updated tonic formula concocted from dried native Kentucky elderflowers with a touch of quinine for perfect balance. As expected, it pairs nicely with all styles of gin, but you'll also be pleasantly surprised when you mix it with richer spirits like tequila, bourbon, or rum.

Add some classy versatility to your cocktail preparation arsenal. Your elderflower bottle of Jack Rudy Tonic Syrup (which is basically a concentrated quinine tonic water) is a great addition to any bar.

    • Elderflower Tonic is an updated tonic formula with more body and a bold finish
    • Pairs well with a number of richer spirits such as tequila, bourbon and rum, while still acting a classic companion to the finer gins of the world
    • They add organic dried elderflowers to their original recipe, and increased the amount of quinine to bring balance to the final product
    • The Elderflower Tonic has a profile that allows G&T drinking deep into the winter months, and shows versatility in a number of different applications

    Do not like the taste
It was good to try the Elderflower tonic, but I would not buy it again. No one here out of three people liked it, and we thought it had a medicine taste.

Hi! Thanks for getting my order to me! My question is how much quinine is in your concentrated tonic syrup classic say in 4 oz? And how much in your 8.4 oz bottle of tonic water?
    Laurie S on Apr 29, 2020
BEST ANSWER: Hi Laurie, happy to hear you got your order. In regards to your question, the concentration of quinine per serving will vary by manufacturer. Unfortunately, that don't provide that information as it's usually a proprietary recipe. That being said, if you use a concentrated syrup, it may be likely that you can increase the amount quinine per serving if you increase the ratio of concentrate to soda water. Cheers!
