An Update on COVID-19 from KegWorks

At KegWorks, the health and safety of our employees, their families, and our customers is our highest priority. As the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation evolves, we want to assure you that we are taking appropriate measures in accordance with the CDC and guidelines set by local and federal agencies. 

KegWorks.com remains fully open for business.

Effective April 27, 2020, our customer service call hours have been temporarily changed to Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST. We encourage you to use our contact form for your product or order inquiries.

For those in the Buffalo, NY area, as of May 13, 2020 Local Pickup service has resumed. Please refer to our Local Pickup FAQs for information on how we've modified our pick up procedure in order to limit person-to-person contact.

At this time, our warehouse staff is considered essential and following all social distancing, health, and safety recommendations. Any essential employees that are under the weather have been asked to stay home.

All non-essential employees are continuing to adhere to a 100% remote ‘work from home’ model for the foreseeable future.

In these unprecedented times, we are dealing with the challenges that most small businesses are facing. We remain committed to delivering exceptional service to our valued customers, but during this time you may experience shipment delays and slower response times from our customer care team. We apologize for any inconvenience these delays may cause and appreciate your continued patience.

The KegWorks leadership team will continue to monitor the situation as it evolves and will update our policies accordingly.
