Do you install this when you fill the cask? Or do you use a standard bung and then replace it with this when you are ready to serve?
    Patrick D on Feb 29, 2020
BEST ANSWER: Hi Patrick, install this when you fill the cask like your normal bung. Turn the glycol loop on post fermentation when you want to have it at a specific serving temp or if you want to cold crash the fermentation. Cheers!
