It's extremely to use, ideal for when you're in a rush to get your beer to a high volume of guests. Simply screw the base right onto your existing keg coupler and then attach two beer line jumpers to the “Y” split.

Used it 'upside-down' on faucet inlet -- works great.
Just what I said in the title. This thing is letting me hook two taps to one faucet. I'm only using one at a time, but may experiment with using both taps at once. No leaks or problems after a month or so.
