General Returns & Exchanges
- Items may be returned within 60 days of the delivery date. If you need extra time due to a project timeline, please contact us.
- Items must be unused and in original condition.
- All Draft Beer Equipment, sale, and promotional items are final sale and not eligible for returns.
- A Return Authorization Number (RAN) is required before returning any item and is required to process your return
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of Kegworks shipping errors or product defects.
- We understand circumstances come up and you may need more time for a return. We will accept a return made after 60 days but within 180 days of receipt date. These returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Refunds will be issued after the item is inspected and approved. Refunds include the value of the item and applicable taxes.
International Orders
International customers have 30 days from their order date to return unused and unopened purchased items. Please note that we cannot accept any goods back if the original package was opened. All international orders must be returned to Global-e and must include a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) form. In order to return items please email our customer service at Customer Service with your purchase details to receive your RMA number and return instructions. Please note that we cannot offer free international returns. Refunds on international returns will include only the amount paid for the products plus duties, taxes and fees (if prepaid). Shipping costs cannot be refunded. Refunds will be processed up to 5 business days from receipt of the goods in Global-e's international hub. Please note that returns sent without a valid RMA form may not be refunded for the full amount.

Custom & Personalized Items
- Because custom and personalized items are made to your specifications, they cannot be returned or exchanged..
- If you experience an issue with a custom product, please reach out to us, we’ll do our best to find a solution.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs in these cases.
Return Shipping & Responsibility
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 5 business days.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, including applicable taxes, duties, or VAT (for international orders).
- Items that are damaged, missing components, or returned in an unsalable condition may be subject to a partial refund or refusal. If this happens, we will contact you to discuss next steps.
