Return & Exchanges
General Returns & Exchanges
- Items may be returned within 60 days of the delivery date. If you need extra time due to a project timeline, please contact us.
- Items must be unused and in original condition.
- A Return Authorization Number (RAN) is required before returning any item and is required to process your return
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of Kegworks shipping errors or product defects.
- We understand circumstances come up and you may need more time for a return. We will accept a return made after 60 days but within 180 days of receipt date. These returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Refunds will be issued after the item is inspected and approved. Refunds include the value of the item and applicable taxes.
Custom & Personalized Items
- Because custom and personalized items are made to your specifications, they cannot be returned or exchanged..
- If you experience an issue with a custom product, please reach out to us, we’ll do our best to find a solution.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs in these cases.
Return Shipping & Responsibility
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 5 business days.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, including applicable taxes, duties, or VAT (for international orders).
- Items that are damaged, missing components, or returned in an unsalable condition may be subject to a partial refund or refusal. If this happens, we will contact you to discuss next steps.

Step 1: Request a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
All merchandise returns require a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns received without an RAN may be refused.

When requesting a return, please have the following ready:
- Your order number (found in your confirmation email or packing slip)
- A description of the item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
Step 2: Send the Items Back
- Package the Items
Use the original packaging from your shipment whenever possible. - Include Documentation
Enclose a copy of your original packing slip and clearly note the reason for your return. - Label the Package
Write your Return Authorization Number (RAN) clearly on the outside of the box

Please allow 1–2 billing cycles for your refund to appear, depending on your credit card provider.
