With its simple ingredients, this fragrant Bees Knees Punch is an easy entertaining go-to.

The phrase bees knees was prohibition-era slang for the best and this Bee's Knees Punch certainly lives up to the name. With its sweet notes from the gin, honey and lavender, this punch is super easy to make and will be a crowd pleaser for any occasion.

Bee's Knees Punch

Yield: 12-15 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ice
  • 1.75 liter bottle of gin
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 6 cups seltzer water, chilled
  • Lavender Bitters, to taste
  • Lemon, for garnish
  • Fresh Lavender, for garnish

To punch bowl filled with ice - add gin, lemon juice, seltzer, honey and bitters, stir until combined. Pour into punch glasses. Add garnish for serving.
