Sophisticated and spooky, this Halloween cocktail is deliciously seasonal.
Looking like it could be right out of the Tim Burton movie, the Sleepy Hollow Cocktail is a classy addition to any Halloween party. With its smoky flavors from the Mezcal and sweetness from the Allspice Dram, the Sleepy Hollow Cocktail is an easy seasonal sipper.
Sleepy Hollow Cocktail Recipe
Yields: 1 Cocktail
Ingredients
- ½ oz. Absinthe
- 2 oz. Mezcal
- 1 oz. St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Rosemary (for garnish)
- Ice

Instructions
Pour absinthe into a rocks glass and swirl to coat. Discard the liqueur from the glass. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add the mezcal, St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram, and 2 dashes of angostura bitters. Shake vigorously. Strain cocktail into a glass over ice and garnish with rosemary. Light rosemary with a lighter for an extra spooky effect.
