The standard spout that comes with the Intertap faucet is threaded so it can be easily unscrewed and replaced by one of the interchangeable spouts that are sold separately.

The stout spout allows you to pour creamy nitro beers, including Guinness, or nitro cold brew coffee. The growler filling spout features a 1/2" barb for easily connecting a 1/2" I.D. hose for properly filling growlers from the bottom up. The ball lock spout simplifies the process of transferring home brewed beverages from one keg to another. Just connect a liquid ball lock quick disconnect directly to the faucet to eliminate having to disconnect your homebrew keg from the draft system.

Other forward sealing faucets use a floating o-ring, which is just as sanitary but requires the o-ring to move inside the faucet body in order to seal correctly. This can become a problem as the faucet ages, but Intertap faucets use a sliding shuttle that guides the o-ring into the perfect position every time.
