This plastic shive bung is a great cask part for a brewery that likes to bring their cask conditioned beer to festivals or anyone who wants to bring their real ale on the go. It inserts into the shive on the side of your cask for a tight seal.
Made of strong, durable plastic, this cask equipment is easy to install and use. It pops right into the bung of a firkin beer cask and sits their with an airtight seal so you don't lose any of your ale.
Just pop it into the cask bung hole during transport and then replace it with a hard spile or soft spile to vent the gas when you're ready to prepare your cask conditioned ale for consumption.
