Easily swap commercial kegs and homebrew kegs in your draft system without changing fittings.

    Overview

Rather than changing fittings or cutting beer lines every time you want to swap a commercial or homebrew keg in your draft beer system, use this tail piece. It attaches to the keg coupler with a hex nut or wing nut. Instead of a barb, it provides a 1/4-inch MFL threaded connection.

To swap kegs, just unscrew the 1/4-inch MFL connector from the quick disconnectand screw into this tail piece. This is perfect for a homebrewer that also enjoys commercial keg beer, or anyone who wants to serve a variety of beer from their kegerator or jockey box.

Great for converting Sankey or using randalizer
I bought several of these: they made for a good way to make my Sankey taps interchangeable with the Corny taps. Also used two to splice my Hoprocket into the beer line as a randalizer.

This is so I can connect a 5/16" John Guest push connect (14" FFL x 3/16" push connect) and use 3/16ID x 5/16OD semi-rigid beverage tubing.

I've only seen this product shown on sanke keg taps. Can it be installed on a faucet shank with gasket and nut like the more typical barbed tailpiece?
    Chris on Apr 11, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I don't see why it couldn't be used. It is the same size as the barbed fitting. Just a bit more expensive to go that way, you will obviously also need the female end to hook up to it.
What degree flare is this fitting?
    A shopper on Mar 5, 2017
BEST ANSWER: i believe it is a 45 degree
