I love this so much that I ended up buying the jugs to put under as well so I can lift the bottles off the floor. It was a very easy installation, and I am not very manly when it comes to that kind of stuff. But I wanted to do this on my own and it was no problem. I took the time and watched a YouTube video and we did it together. I’m still trying to tweak out how to get a perfect 2 ounce pour, but so far I think this is the coolest addition to my home bar ever

Built a custom kegerator for beer , added this unit for ice cold drinks at 31degrees and boy is it a hit

Love it, simple to install, easy set-up. Two negatives, doesn't come with power adapter, for $500 it should, don't have to whack people the extra $35-$40 bucks for power. Second, measuring dials are not easy, I simply turned to lowest setting for half a shot and hit button twice or three times for my pour.

I just installed this yesterday. Installation was easy and it functions very well. It’s a pretty cool device. I like it so farMy concerns: First, the base is made of plastic and I worry about how it will hold up over time. Second, to change the labels, you have to take the whole thing apart, which is very challenging. Since the base is plastic, I worry that taking it apart too much, it will eventually break. So hopefully I don’t have to change labels often. Third, the existing labels are hard to get off. I feared I would damage it, so I put my label on over top the existing one. The problem with that is since the labels are back-light, the existing label wording mixes with the one I put on and shows through the display and looks messy. They should make a way to change the labels from the top. I’m thinking of just sticking labels directly on top of the unit and forgo the backlit thing (since it will be on top of the light). Fourth, don’t buy labels through Sidebar. I paid $25 for labels that I could have made myself.

Measuring feature

The measurement feature does not work as indicated. You have to hold down the button . I was really looking for to be able to adjust the amount of liquor being dispensed. If there is a way to trouble shoot this feature I would love to know. Pricey for it not to work as indicated.

Great product, not so good instructions ...

First and foremost, I really think the foot rail kit is a great product with high quality materials. Also, I had an "opportunity" to talk with the customer service people at KegWorks and they were great. The kit arrived without the screws for mounting, I spoke with the CS rep and they immediately shipped out via FedEx overnight a full matching set of screws. They were great!Now, the only negative and the reason I didn't give 5 stars is that this is clearly a "DIY" kit and works and looks great on our kitchen island. The problem - the instructions are very general instructions and skip a VERY important step --- How, exactly, do you install the set screw into the bracket & bar. We got the classic brackets, but there was little to no information about what sequence all of the parts fit together. For a kit like this, I think it would be a worthwhile addition.
