We're certainly not your typical office and we like it that way.
A full bar in the front of the office is probably the most notable way we give conformity the middle finger yet free beer is just one of several things that sets KegWorks apart.
From the guys packing boxes in our warehouse to the management team, every single person here is integral to our success and we're dead set on never losing sight of that. The culture we're cultivating every single day is a testament to our efforts.
We believe that with the right people, limitless creativity, regular collaboration, and a well-balanced work environment amazing things can happen. We're committed to maintaining that synergistic "small-company feel" – no matter how big we get.
From company-covered food truck lunches and "mind-blowing surprise days" to closing up a couple of hours early to enjoy an afternoon Sabres game together, we take team-building and having fun seriously. Happy people are productive people and we do our best to keep everyone in high spirits – regardless of what they're drinking.
