This convenient starter set includes 40 CO2 cartridges and a 1-liter soda siphon featuring thick glass construction, a braided aluminum mesh cover, and a rubber base to prevent scratches on your bar top or furniture. Each cartridge makes 1 liter (34 ounces) of seltzer from tap or bottled water.
Once charged, the Behind The Bar® Glass Soda Siphon lets you craft carbonated cocktails and other sparkling beverages with the push of a lever. It makes an excellent addition to any home, restaurant, or bar.
