I imagine that, by now, you’ve heard about Sunoco APlus stores beginning to offer 12 delicious craft beers on tap at each location. If not, here’s the scoop: Pennsylvania-based company Sunoco wanted to get in on the craft beer craze and decided to offer draft beer in its stores. They decided to roll out the Craft Beer Exchange in beer-loving Western New York to see if it would be a good fit (lucky us!).
So far, the beer on tap has been lovingly embraced by Buffalonians and plans to open the Craft Beer Exchange in other markets is under way.
Like I said before, I’m not surprised if you’ve caught wind of this already. What you might not know, however, is that Sunoco chose Buffalo’s own KegWorks to outfit the rollout stores with draft beer towers and necessary equipment for this rad, new, craft beer endeavor. We were stoked to hear about Sunoco’s plans to make local and other craft beers more available to the general public and even more excited to be a part of it.
The shots you see here are from the Sunoco just up the road from us, on the corner of Military and Sheridan.
If you haven’t popped into an APlus store as of late, I recommend that you do. For a limited time, you get a growler free with your first fill-up. Not a bad deal, if you ask me!
