Craft Cocktail Infusions Chocolate Espresso Infusion Jar adds the tasty pairing of rich dark chocolate and espresso to your booze or non-alcoholic beverages thanks to the included Belgian Chocolate sticks, coffee beans, espresso powder, vanilla-infused organic sugar, and artisan honey bars. Just fill the jar with liquor, wine, or non-alcoholic beverage and then let it sit and work its magic. You can either do a cold infusion (takes 2-3 days) or a warm infusion which works as quickly as one hour. This flavor works particularly well with the warm method. Note: REMOVE wrapper from honey stick BEFORE filling.

These infusions are concentrated. While some flavors may be enjoyed on the rocks, most will need to be added to a mixer. Each jar holds 16 oz, which will make about 8-10 drinks. Keep refrigerated after infusing.

Cold Infusion (2-3 days)
- Fill with approx. 16 oz of cool alcohol, wine or water. Let sit for 2-3 days (the longer the infusion sits, the stronger the flavor).
- Shake the jar every so often to help the ingredients blend.
- Strain into glass when ready & enjoy! Keep refrigerated after infusing.
Warm Infusion (1 hour to 2 days)
- This is the best method for infusions with chocolate & candies
- Fill with approx. 16 oz of warm or hot (not boiling) liquor. Let sit for a few hours up to 1-2 days
- Shake every so often to help the ingredients meld. Strain into glass when ready & enjoy!
Basic Recipe
- 1 part infused spirit (about 1.5 oz)
- 3 parts mixer (about 4.5 oz)
- For a stronger drink try a 1 part infusion (1.5 oz) to 2 parts mixer (3 oz). Adjust to taste.
