International Returns

The only thing we like more than good beer is a happy customer. We stand behind all of our products and if something went wrong with your order, we'd like to make it right.

As of May 1, 2020, international ordering on has been suspended. This is a temporary measure due to recent changes in business requirements.

International orders placed on or before April 30, 2020 will be fulfilled and shipped as promised. If you have any questions regarding the status of your international order, please contact our customer care team.

International returns will be honored according to the return policy below.

Return Policy

  • Item(s) may be returned within 45 days of delivery date
  • Personalized or custom item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged
  • All items will need a Return Authorization Number (see How to Request a RAN)
  • Item(s) must be unused and in original condition (that means all packaging, warranty cards, manuals, documentation and all accessories must be returned as well)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Unless the return is due to a KegWorks shipping error, the customer (that's you) is responsible for the cost of return shipping charges
  • Shipping charges must be prepaid on all returned shipments and we recommend that you insure all returned packages for your protection. KegWorks is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, pilfered, or damaged
  • Once each item is received at the KegWorks warehouse, we will issue a refund for the value of the item, duties, VAT, and taxes at the original exchange rate

How to Request a Return Authorization Number (RAN)

All merchandise returns require a KegWorks Return Authorization Number (RAN). To request an RAN, please follow this procedure. Any returns received without an authorization number will be refused.

  • Your Borderfree Order Number (Located in your confirmation emails. Begins with E4X.)
  • A description of the item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return

As long as your reason for return is valid, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and additional instructions on how to complete your return.
